eMortgages

We support the current document standard for eMortgages - SMART Doc, including categories 1 and 7 for transferable records. Every document in our library can be represented as a SMART Doc - conferring the benefit of binding the data, page view and signature into a single electronic file.  Because the data and view are linked, you know that the data in the file equals what the borrower actually saw.  This allows you to transition to "lights out" processing, providing much greater efficiencies, especially in loan servicing and secondary marketing.
