Desert Document Services®, Inc. uses the tool provided by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to validate that our calculations for annual percentage rates and finance charges on loans secured by residential real estate are within OCC tolerances. Consequently, these mortgage calculations comply with both the federal Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA) and its related regulations commonly referred to as Reg Z, and the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and its related regulations commonly referred to as Reg.
