Standard Training

As part of our standard service to you, Desert Document Services®, Inc. solutions conducts initial training for new users prior to product launch.  Because our solutions use ASP technologies, you get cost-effective training conducted over the telephone at your convenience.

 

 

Customized Training

Interactive sessions allow you to schedule online training for larger audiences or for your  multiple locations.  If you prefer a more hands-on approach to your training, or need on-site support for product rollout, we can provide customized training suited to your needs.

 

Standard Support

As a user of Desert Document Services®, Inc. standard software solutions, you have online access to FAQs, Help Screens (within the product application), and User and Administrative Manuals describing the available functionality of the product.
